what we store when you URL a thing
Privacy policy.
Uploads, slugs, and optional account details are stored so we can assign and serve a public internet link.
What we collect
The file or text you submit, the slug you choose, and — if you sign in — a username and password hash. Each upload is logged with the posting IP address, browser user-agent, country lookup, the local timestamp reported by your browser, and a server timestamp. Visit counts are stored on each public internet link.
What is public
Anything you assign a public internet link to can be opened by anyone with the URL. Do not treat a guessable slug as access control.
Cookies
A session cookie remembers URLs you created and keeps you signed in. We do not sell personal data.
